Holiday & Special Event: $800 Per Night
WINTER (September 30th through May 1st)
Two night minimum
- $600 per night
- Weekly .. $4,200
SUMMER (May 1st through September 30th)
July & August- 7 night minimum, Friday to Friday
- $675 per night
- Weekly .. $4,725
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $400 (Refundable if there is no damage. No locked area can be tampered with!)
LODGING TAX: 11.8% (In addition to our rates)
$350.00 CLEANING FEE: All that is required of you is to do the dishes, take out the trash and start a load of linens.
DEPOSIT: 1/2 of the total rental. YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE UPON CANCELLATION IF WE ARE NOT ABLE TO RE-RENT THE HOUSE.
TO RESERVE OUR HOUSE, WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OF 1/2 OF YOUR TOTAL RENTAL AMOUNT. THE BALANCE IS DUE THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY.
